Collaborators for more than 16 years on a range of ensemble projects, alto saxophonist Paul Towndrow and pianist Steve Hamilton’s performance in an intimate duo setting for our season closer promises to deliver compositions and improvisations in their purest form. Towndrow and Hamilton’s crossover influences range broadly from Miles Davis, Charlie Parker and John Coltrane, to Debussy, Bartok and Charles Ives.
